This coordinated proceeding was certified as a class action for settlement. The case concerned violations of the requirements of Labor Code § 226.7, and related claims consisting of violations of Business & Professions Code § 17200, Labor Code §§ 201-203, 226, and 2698 et seq. The settlement for $6,750,000 received final approval in 2011. Disbursements were made to 1587 eligible class members.
