Claims of overtime violations brought on behalf of employees working in loss control and marketing positions for a state-affiliated workers compensation insurer, brought under both the federal Fair Labor Standards Act and California’s Unfair Competition Law, concerning the period November, 2010 forward. This case was filed in November, 2014. We have entered into a Settlement Agreement. In June, 2016, the Court approved the $650,000 settlement.
